How We Work
Four steps, the same every time — so you know what is happening to your day long before the cameras arrive.
Understand
We start with a conversation — the dates, the scale, the people, and what the day should feel like when it is over.
Plan
Crew, equipment and coverage built around your actual schedule, with a multi-camera setup wherever the event calls for one.
Shoot
A team that stays out of the way. Candid where the moment is real, directed where the frame has to be right.
Deliver
Edit, colour and sound, then the films, photographs and albums handed over on the timeline we agreed at the start.

ABOUT US
VDI Production began with a simple idea: to preserve the moments that matter. Founded by Dilip Kumar, lovingly known as Dadu, in 1985, in VARANASI, the journey started with wedding photography and filmmaking. What began as a passion for capturing weddings gradually grew into a larger creative vision.
Today, his sons, Surya and Yashu, continue that legacy and have expanded VDI Production beyond weddings into events, corporate occasions, and live productions across multiple regions. With years of experience, professional production equipment, and a dedicated team behind the camera and in post-production, VDI brings together storytelling, creativity, and technical expertise to create work that people can remember long after the event is over.
From an intimate wedding to a large-scale event or live production, VDI Production is built around one belief: every story deserves to be captured beautifully.
